【摘要】 本文提出一种基于MBE模型的2.4kbps语音编码器算法,采用LSF矢量量化语音谱包络,计算机仿真获得了良好的合成语音。

【Abstract】 In this paper,an algorithm of the speech coder at 2.4kbps is given.The algorithm is based on multiband excitation model.The vector quantization of line spectrum frequency is used to the spectral envelope of the speech signal.The high quality synthesis speech is obtained by the simulation of the computer.
