【摘要】 在1953-1979年延续了1/4个世纪的第一次重工业化进程随着"洋跃进"的终止而宣告结束之后,中国的工业结构开始向着轻型化的方向转变。在环渤海区域的三个组成部分之中,只有山东省很快适应的这一变化,而京津冀、特别是辽宁省的经济则陷入了低迷。然而,自1978年以来又经过了1/4个世纪左右,重工业化进程再一次开始席卷全国。面对这一新形势,环渤海区域各个地方政府似乎有了更大的信心。尤其是在渤海湾沿岸,天津市与河北省正在大面积地填海造田,准备建设大型的重化工业基地,这将会给环渤海区域、乃至于东北亚区域带来怎样的影响?作者认为,中国的第二次重工业化将会延续1/4个世纪左右,环渤海区域将会从中获得巨大的利益,并且有可能会逐步改变东北亚区域的发展格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese industry has began to focus on light industry development since the first heavy industrialization course,which lasted for a quarter century from 1953 to 1979 and ended with termination of "Foreign Leap Forward".Only Shandong Province adapted itself quickly to this new change among the three parts of Region Around Bohai Sea,but the other two parts:Peking,Tianjin and Hebei Province part, and especially Liaoning Province part suffered from recession.However,the second heavy industrialization course swept the country again after another quarter century since 1978.Every local government in the Region Around Bohai Sea seemed to be more confident in the face of the new situation.Especially on the coast of the Bohai Bay,land are reclaimed from the sea by Tianjin and Hebei government and ready to be turned over to heavy industrial base.What impact will it bring to Region Around Bohai Sea,or even Northeast Asia Region? The author considers Chinese second heavy industrialization course will last for a quarter century around,and Region Around Bohai Sea will obtain much benefit from it So that it may probably change the development pattern of Northeast Asia Region progressively.更多还原
