【摘要】 针对目前高校实验室建设中存在的设备老化、更新程度慢、管理人员综合素质不高、运转资金不足等问题,重点从优秀实验人才保护和实验团队建设、实验仪器设备养护维修和改造更新、实验新技术引进和创新,以及通过开放式实验室建设和实验室有偿使用来筹措资金等方面入手,论述了高校实验建设的可持续发展问题,该问题的探讨对提高学生实验教学水平、提升高校竞争力和综合学术水平具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems existed in the university laboratory construction,such as equipment aging,slow update and lower people management level,some measures was discussed for the sustainable development of laboratory construction,which was very important for the experiment teaching level improving and can promote the competitiveness and comprehensive academic level of the university.The measures mentioned above including the following aspects:(1) Excellent experimental talents protection and the team construction;(2)Experimental equipment maintenance and update;(3) Experimental technology reform and innovation;(4) The open laboratory construction and laboratory use for paid.更多还原
