基于蚁群算法的螺旋钻采煤机钻杆多目标优化设计

【摘要】 以重量最小和传动效率最大为双优化目标,建立了螺旋钻杆的优化模型,并利用蚁群算法进行优化求解。采用两层搜索的连续空间蚁群算法,全局蚂蚁搜索运用交叉、变异操作策略,局部蚂蚁搜索采用共轭梯度方法,为系统研究螺旋钻采煤机提供依据。

【Abstract】 Research on the screw coal miner Drilling String of thin coal mining equipment,It take that the weight minimum and drive efficiency maximal are as double optimizing target,the optimization model has built the Drilling String,and the optimization solution be used of the Ant Colony Algorithm to find in progress.Adopt a two-layer search of the continuous space ant colony algorithm with overlapping or variation Global ant search operation strategy and conjugate gradient Partial ant search operation strategy.The experiment indicated that the spiral drill weight reduced 16.77% and transported the efficiency enhance 7.05% through the Optimization design,The Ant Colony Algorithm application on the spiral drill optimized design has provided the basis for the system research screw coal mine machine.
