注塑机定模板的分层顺序优化
Topological configuration and parameter optimization of the stationary platen of an injection plastic machine

【摘要】 本文针对注塑机定模板变形量较大和易在其喇叭口附近出现早期开裂的问题,运用ANSYS软件内嵌的APDL语言建立定模板的三维几何模型、有限元分析模型和分层顺序优化模型。用序列凸规划法(SCP)对定模板进行拓扑优化,依据伪密度云图构造其分层结构。在新构形的基础上,以定模板的最大变形量和最大应力为约束条件;以其体积最小化为优化目标,用最小二乘法建立目标函数和约束条件的逼近函数,用罚函数法建立基于响应面的无约束方程,用序列无约束最小化方法(SUMT)对结构参数进行优化。新结构的分析结果显示:其应力分布较均匀,拉应力区域的最大应力较小。
【Abstract】 This paper aims at the big deformation of the stationary platen and its premature failure of an injection plastic machine to build its 3-D geometric model, finite element model and step-up optimum model with the APDL language in ANSYS software. The sequential convex programming (SCP) approach was used to optimize the topological configuration of the stationary platen. According to the contour of pseudodensity, a layered structure of the stationary platen was set up. Minimizing its volume was the objection function subjected to the maximum deformation and the maximum stress of the new configuration. The constraint condition and objection function were first replaced with approximations by means of least squares fitting, and the constrained minimization problem described was converted to an unconstrained problem using penalty functions which is termed as a response surface. A sequential unconstrained minimization technique (SUMT) was used to solve the unconstrained problem. The analysis result of the new configuration reveals that the stress distribution is well-proportioned, the maximum stress of the tensile region is low.
