基于TCMGIS-I的暗紫贝母生态气候产地适宜性分析

【摘要】 依托地理信息系统(GIS)平台,以气温、相对湿度、降水量、日照时数、极端最低温度、极端最高温度的1km~2的栅格数据库以及1:400万的土壤数据库,并以1:100万的基础地理信息数据为基础;利用聚类分析和空间分析技术,建立《中药材产地适宜性分析地理信息系统》(TCMGIS-Ⅰ)。应用该系统对暗紫贝母的适宜产地进行分析,得出全国不同级别的暗紫贝母适宜产地,结果与暗紫贝母的生物学特性和分布特点相符。表明TCMGIS-Ⅰ能有效指导中药材的引种栽培和野生抚育,可用于科学地确定中药材的适宜产地。
【Abstract】 A suitability evaluation geographic information system of traditional Chinese medicine producing area(TCMGIS-Ⅰ) was established based on GIS platform,with the average temperature,relative humidity, precipitation amount,sunshine duration extreme maximum temperate,extreme minimum temperate whose grid size is 1km~2,and some data from state soil database(1:4,000,000) and state basal background geographic information database(1:1,000,000) as the main background data,clustering analysis and spatial analysis technology as the main technology.Utilizing the system to evaluate the producing area suitable for Fritillaria unibracteata’s growth,the different suitability rating of producing area in China was distinguished,which is consistent with the distribution character of Fritillaria unibracteata.The result shows that TCMGIS-Ⅰcan be used in TCM regionalization,the optimization of the crops production structure,and will be instructive effectively for TCM introduction,acclimatization and semi-wild nursery.
