【摘要】 对滇重楼种胚的形态结构,种子内源激素、酶活性、代谢产物及生物大分子等生理生化指标进行动态研究。结果表明,滇重楼种胚后熟期可分为种胚缓慢生长期、种胚快速生长期、种胚成熟期及生理后熟期;ABA在低温层积过程中,下降明显,与休眠解除的相关性极为显著,GA₃、IAA、ZR的动态变化与种胚快速分化发育相一致;α-淀粉酶活性、POD、CAT随滇重楼种胚发育成熟而逐渐升高。结果表明:ABA是滇重楼种胚休眠的主要因子,GA₃、IAA、ZR可以促进胚种的快速发育,缩短后熟期。更多还原

【Abstract】 We measured the trends of the shape and structure of embryo,endogenesis hormone of seed,enzyme activity,metabolic product and biomolecule.The result shows that the afterripening period of embryo can be divided into three stages which are slow growth stage,fast growth stage and physiological afterripening stage. ABA declined distinctively during low temperature treatment,which gets great difference with relieve dormancy. The change of GA₃,IAA,ZR is identical with the differentiation and growth of embryo,the activitaty ofα- amylase,POD,SOD increase gradually along with the growth of embryo;solubility sugar,deoxidize sugar, dissociative amino acid and the content of DNA and RNA reduce after the embryo is mature;dissolubility protein and amylum reduce along with the whole aftreripening,the activity of CAT and MDA is increasing only during the differentiation period.The result shows that,ABA is the primary factor of dormancy,GA₃,IAA and ZR can accelerate the development of embryo and shorten the afterripening period.更多还原
