【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese Drugs(TCD) are materials used for preventing and curing diseases, whose quality affects not only on the therapeutic results but also on the patient’s life and the development of themselves.The quality control of TCD is an important measure for assuring its security and effectiveness.38 Evodia samples were collected,analgesia and antiemesis experiments were carried out with the water decoction of all collected Evodia samples and the corresponding pharmacologic data was obtained.The chemical data of water decoction of the corresponding Evodia samples was acquired by means of HPLC.The pharmacologic data and chemical data were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis and 16 characteristic chemical variates were extracted,the quality of Evodia samples were graded in a series of four according to both sets of the pharmacologic data.A quality grading assessment scheme of Evodia samples by chemical ANN pattern recognition was proposed and the results was satisfying.A new methodology conforming to the theory of traditional Chinese medical and pharmaceutical science for the quality control of Evodia samples by ANN chemical pattern recognition has been proposed.The problem of quality grading assessment can be carried out with this method.The method is scientific,advanced and feasible,and promises to become a new method of the quality assessment of Evodia samples.更多还原
