红外热像系统性能测试研究

【摘要】 分析了热像仪参数测试仪的基本结构,介绍了热像仪参数测试仪的发展现况,并对热像仪最小可分辨温差、系统调制传递函数和噪声等效温差等参数的测量方法进行了调研,给出了具体的测试方法。

【Abstract】 The basic structure of the parameter instrument is analyzed, and the developing state of the parameter instrument is introduced. Then the control methods of the following parameters are studied, including Minimum Resolved Temperature Difference (MRTD), Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) and Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference(NETD). Finally the detailed operating procedure is listed.
