自动光学检测技术的发展现状
State of the art of automated optical inspection

【摘要】 从光源照明方法、成像技术、图像预处理技术、图像处理与图形识别的算法4个方面介绍了自动光学检测技术的发展现状与关键技术。自动光学检测技术已开始在新兴的工业生产中得到广泛应用,其正朝着检测高速化、分辨能力微小化、处理软件的智能化、应用多元化和检测系统模块化方向发展。从目前自动光学的技术水平来看,组建自动光学检测系统的关键技术在于LED光源的设计、大范围高精度三维显微成像、基于工控PC的多处理器并行图像高速预处理和高级图像处理算法4个方面。
【Abstract】 State of the art of automated optical inspection is reviewed in view of light illumination, imaging, image pre-processing, and image processing and figure recognition. Automated optical inspection is being widely used in production lines of some burgeoning industries. Its development trends include high speed inspection, micro/nano resolution, intelligentized image processing software, application versatility and system modularization. The current technical state shows that the LED lighting design, 3D micro imaging with large scale and high precision, parallel image pre-processing using multiple industrial PC and the algorithms of high level image processing are the key techniques in the setup of an automated optical inspection.
