【摘要】 <正>Objectives: Using bladder acellular matrix graft (BAMG) as scaffold, urothelial cell (UC) and smooth muscle cell (SMC) as seeding cells, to form a sandwich structure of bladder wall in vitro. Materials and methods: Porcine bladders were harvested from adult pig and treated with sodium dodecyl sulfate, Triton X-100 and distilled water for decellularization. BAMG section were evaluated
