【摘要】 背景:目前间质性肺疾病缺乏有疗的治疗药物,中医药值得在此领域开展深入研究。目的:探讨益气活血散结法对肺纤维化的干预效果及机理。方法:通过临床与动物实验系统研究益气活血散结法为主要治则的中药复方对肺纤维化的干预效果及机理。结果:益气活血散结法不仅能明显改善肺纤维化患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,而且能抑制肺泡炎症,减少肺组织损伤,显著降低转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的过度表达。结论:益气活血散结法能改善肺纤维化患者临床症状,对防治肺纤维化有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the treatment effects of the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation on pulmonary fibrosis and analyse its mecha nism.Method:Systematic clinical observation and animal experimental study on the the method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation.Results:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation not only could improve the patients’ symptoms obviously,but can restrain inflammatory cell in lung organization in gather, and reduce TGF-β1 over express.Conclusion:The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood for dispersing accumulation could improve the patients’ symptoms,so to play the part of the role of preventing and curing the pulmonary fibrosis.更多还原
