【摘要】 目的观察通脉口服液对维持性血液透析患者心脏结构和功能的影响。方法选择慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者80例。随机分为2组,所有患者行每周3次的规律血液透析,并严格控制血压、空腹血糖(FBG)、纠正贫血,行常规降压药物治疗。对照组为空白组,实验组给予通脉口服液连续应用6个月。在治疗前后检测血清BNP,彩超监测左室收缩末内径(LVDs)、左室舒张末内径(LVDd)、左房前后径(LAD)、室间隔厚度(IVsT)、左室后壁厚度(LVPwT)。结果实验组40例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析合并慢性心力衰竭患者在治疗后IVsT、LVPwT明显缩小,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者血清BNP、LVDs、LVDd、LAD与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通脉口服液对慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者的心脏结构具有明显改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the effect of Tongmai Oral Solution on cardiac function and structure in patients with end-stage renal disease during maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty patients underwent maintaining hemodialysis were slected.After receiving regular three times per week hemodialysis treatment,patients blood pressure,blood glucose,hemoglobin and Hematocrit were well controlled.All patients were randomly assigned to two groups,Monitoring index after patient selection and 6 months later were:B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),left atrial diameter(LAD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs), interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall(LVPwT).Result The level of IVST and LVPwT in experimental gronp after treatment was significantly changed(P<0.05).There were no obvious changes in the experimental gronp’s level of BNP,LAD,LVDd,LVDs before and after the therapy(P>0.05).The comparison between the every data of control groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Oral Solution can significantly improve Cardiac structures and functions in hemodialysis patients.更多还原
