超微粉碎过程温度对羌活有效成分影响的考察

【摘要】 目的确定羌活超微粉体制备工艺并探讨粉碎过程温度对其有效成分的影响。方法以粒径为指标,初步筛选了羌活超微粉碎工艺;采用HPLC法测定羌活细粉和不同温度下粉碎的超微粉中阿魏酸的含量;重量法比较粉碎时温度对羌活挥发油的影响。结果振动磨粉碎可实现羌活药材的细胞破壁;超微粉碎未造成羌活中阿魏酸的损失;振动磨粉碎时降低温度可减少羌活挥发油的损失。结论初步表明低温振动粉碎可用于羌活超微粉的制备。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To determine the preparation process of Notopterygium Superfine Powders and investigate temperature impact of active component of Notopterygium during Ultrafine Grinding.(Methods]Taking particle size as evaluating indices,preliminary screening the technology of Ultrafine grinding of Notopterygium.The content of ferulic acid of Notopterygium powders and Notopterygium superfine powders were compared by HPLC,the Notopterygium superfine powders were prepared in different temperatures.Volatile oil was tested by weighting method.[Results]The cell walls were broken during Ultrafine grinding;The content of ferulic acid in Notopterygium was not affected by Superfine comminution technique.The lost of volatile oil decreased in lower temperature when using Superfine comminution technique. [Conclusion]Preliminary proved that low temperature vibration smash can be used for Notopterygium micropowder preparation.
