【摘要】 目的:为干燥前后中药提取物物理性质建立相关性。方法:应用多元回归分析法对干燥前中药提取物液体的粘度、pH与干燥后提取物粉体物理性质包括吸湿性、流动性、含水量、粘性以及崩溃角的相关关系进行了回归分析。结果:无论何种干燥工艺,仅有干燥产物的吸湿性与提取液的粘度、pH值呈一定相关性,喷雾干燥收率与提取液的粘度成正相关。结论:中药提取物的物理性质直接影响到制剂成型工艺的难易程度及固体制剂的产品质量,可以根据提取液物理性质选择合适的干燥工艺,以有利于后续成型的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To establish the correlation of the physical properties of the extract before and after drying technology. METHODS:By stepwise regression analysis,this expriment studied the correlation between the viscosity,pH of the extract and hygroscopicity,water content,fiowability,glutinosity of powder.The result proved that the correlation between the viscosity,PH of the extract and hygroscopicity of powder was exist.RESULTS:The correlation between yield and viscosity is positive.CONCLUSION:According to the physical properties of the extract,we can choose and control appropriate drying technology which can be used to guide the performulation and shaping process.更多还原
