壳聚糖对黄芩水提液净化除杂工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:筛选壳聚糖对黄芩苷水提液的最佳纯化工艺,从而优化黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷得重(得重=粗品黄芩苷重量×黄芩苷浓度)为衡量指标,运用正交试验考察不同影响因素对絮凝效果的影响,同时采用HPLC测定其含量对工艺进行系统评价。结果:壳聚糖对黄芩水提液絮凝的最佳工艺条件:体系pH=5,搅拌时间10min,体系温度40℃,絮凝剂浓度0.5%。结论:壳聚糖对黄芩水提液具有较强的絮凝作用,该方法简单可行,可提高黄芩药材的利用率。
【Abstract】 Objective:To select the optimum purification process of water-extraction solution of Scutcnana Baicalensis Georgi with chitosan,then optimize the extraction process.Method:With the yield of Baicalin as index,the effect of different infuencing factors on flocculation was estimated by orthogonal experiment,also HPLC was used to determine the content of Baicalin and the process systematically appraised.Result:The best flocculation technological parameters of water-extraction solution of Scutcnana Baicalensis Georgi with chitosan were as follows:at pH of 5,stirring for 10 min,flocculation temperature of 40℃,the flocculation concentration of 0.5%.Conclusion:The flocculation of water-extraction solution of Scutcnana Baicalensis Georgi with chitosan is effective,and the process is simple and feasible.It can improve the utilization ratio.
