【摘要】 目的:制备藿黄浸剂;建立藿黄浸剂的质量标准;观察临床疗效。方法:制备藿黄浸剂,采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄精、大黄进行定性鉴别;对皂矾进行理化鉴别;建立相对密度、总酸量等检查项目;对原藿黄散与藿黄浸剂的卫生质量进行比较;对60例手足癣患者进行临床观察。结果:藿黄浸剂质量稳定;定性鉴别分离度好、专属性强;总酸量测定法操作简便、结果准确;临床治疗手足癣总有效率96.7%。结论:藿黄浸剂质量稳定、控制方法可靠,使用便利,临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare the HUOHUANG extracted products;To establish the quality standard of HUOHUANG extracted products;To observe the clinical effect.Methods:To prepare the HUOHUANG extracted products;TLC was performed to identify Rhizoma Polygonati and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei;Copperas was identified by chemical methods;The projects of relative density and total amount of acid were established;To compare the hygieism qualities of HUOHUANG powders and HUOHUANG extracted products;To observe the clinical effect of 60 tinea of feet and hands sufferers. Results:The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The mensuration of total amount of acid was easy and accurate;The quality of HUOHUANG extracted products was stable;Total effective rate of tinea of feet and hands was 96.7%. Conclusion:The quality is stable and its control method is feasible,using it was convenient and the clinical effect was exactly.更多还原
