施肥对宽叶羌活化学成分的影响
Applies fertilizer to the notopterygium forbesii chemical composition influence

【摘要】 采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对施肥和不施肥两个处理的宽叶羌活进行萃取,并采用毛细管气相色谱法分别测定萃取物的化学成分。结果表明:施肥与不施肥处理中宽叶羌活的主要化学成分均为挥发油类、硅氧烷类以及氨基酸类等,施肥对宽叶羌活化合物的含量和种类均有一定影响,施肥处理共鉴定出175种化合物,不施肥处理共鉴定出160种化合物,其中两处理中含Cl、S、B、F、Si的化合物和分子量为1058的化合物C69H134O6在相关研究中均未见报道。
【Abstract】 This experiment uses the supercritical CO2 fluid extract technology to apply fertilizer with no apply fertilizer two processing notopterygium forbesiis to separately carry on the extract,and uses theGC to separately determine the chemical composition.The result showed that the main chemical composition of applies fertilizer and no apply fertilizer processing is essential oil,Cyclopentasiloxane as well as the amino acid and so on;Applies fertilizer to the content and the type of notopterygium forbesii compound has certain influence; Applies fertilizer processing altogether to appraise 175 kind of compound,no apply fertilizer processing altogether to appraise 160 kind of compound,these compound of including C1,S,B,F,the Si element and the C69H134O6 of molecular weight 1058 has not seen the report in the related literature.
