【摘要】 采用同时蒸馏-萃取法提取万寿菊叶挥发油,气相色谱法分离,质谱法鉴定结构。结果表明万寿菊叶挥发油的含量为3.5%,在叶挥发油中鉴定出33种化学成分。万寿菊叶挥发油中柠檬烯、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、1-环己基-2-甲基-丙烯-2-酮和3-甲基-6-(1-甲乙基)-2-环己烯-1-酮含量较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The volatile oils from leaf of Tagetes erecta L.were extracted by the method of simultaneous distillation extraction,the components were separated by gas chromatography and identified by massspectrometry.The results show that the contents of volatile oils from leaf of Tagetes erecta L.werre 3.5%. 33 compounds in the volatile oils were identified by GC - MS,The higher chemical components in the volatile oils are Limonene,3,7-dimethyl-1,6-octadien-3-ol,1-cyclohexyl-2-methyl- prop-2-en-one and 3-methyl -6-(1-methylethenyl)-2-cyclohexen-1-one.更多还原
