【摘要】 采用超声波法从黄柏中提取黄酮类化合物,并建立了黄柏中黄酮的光谱分析方法。用流动注射化学发光法测定了黄柏的抗氧化性能。方法的回收率为100-107.1%,变异系数小于0.31%。黄柏的IC₅₀为0.67 mg·mL^-1。黄柏的黄酮含量较高且具有较强的抗氧化性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrasonic method was used for extracting flavonoids in Phellodendron chinense Schneid and the flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry,,the recovery is 100-107.1%and the coefficient of variation less than 0.31%.The antioxidation effect of Phellodendron chinense Schneid was studied by the flow-injection chemiluminescence.The results show that Phellodendron chinense Schneid has antioxidative effect.更多还原
