芍药药材色谱指纹图谱的建立及其在药材鉴定中的应用

【摘要】 目的建立了评价芍药药材质量的高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,进行方法学评价,并对其主要成分进行定性分析。方法采用Polaris C18-A色谱柱,以乙腈-水(磷酸调至pH 3.0)为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,测定了80批不同来源的芍药药材指纹图谱。结果根据系统聚类分析、逐步判别分析和相似度分析结果,对芍药药材进行了评价,并分析了化学组成上的差异,指认了10个成分。结论本方法可用于芍药药材的指纹图谱测定,并为其质量评价提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】 AIM To establish the method of HPLC-fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae and identify its main constituents.METHOD The 80 batches of samples were analyzed on a Polaris C18-A column with a gradient of acetonitrile and aqueous phosphoric acid(pH 3.0) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detected at 230 nm.RESULTS 80 batches of Radix Paeoniae samples were classified based on the results of hierarchical clustering analysis, stepwise discriminant analysis and similarity analysis.According to the comparison of the tR and UV maximum absorbance values with the standards,10 components were identified in Radix Paeoniae extracts,separately.CONCLUSION The method isrepeatable and reliable,and it is capable of effectively controlling the quality of Radix Paeoniae.
