【摘要】 目的:观察中药辨证分型与西药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变第Ⅳ期合并玻璃体积血的疗效。方法:糖尿病视网膜病变第Ⅳ期伴玻璃体积血患者230例230只眼,随机分为治疗组127眼,辨证后服中药治疗,对照组103眼服西药治疗。观察两组治疗前后视力及玻璃体积血吸收情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.70%,对照组60.19%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中药辨证治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体积血疗效优于西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effect on diabetic retinopathyⅣcombinated with vitreous hemorrhage treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods:230 cases diabetic retinopathyⅣcombinated with vitreous hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups randomly,127 cases in treatment group and 103 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine in light of syndrome differentiation while the control group was treated with western therapy.Vision and absorption of vireous hemorrhage were observed.Result: The total effective rate was 93.70%in treatment group and 60.19%in control group.The clinical effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese herbal medicine based syndrome differentiation has much better clinical effect for vitreous hemorrhage.更多还原
