麻黄细粉和超微粉的化学性质比较
Preliminary study of the application of Superfine comminution technique in the Chinese medicine Ephedra equisetina

【摘要】 目的探讨麻黄超微粉和细粉理化性质的异同点。方法以粒径和细胞破壁率为指标,采用BT-9300H型激光粒度分布仪分析系统对麻黄细粉和各级超微粉的粒径进行测定,筛选了超微粉碎工艺;采用TLC法定性鉴别了超微粉和细粉:以麻黄细粉为对照,采用HPLC法测定麻黄细粉和超微粉中盐酸麻黄碱的含量;考察了麻黄细粉和超微粉的浸出物含量;采用动态浸提方法比较麻黄细粉和超微粉中盐酸麻黄碱的提取效果。结果振动磨粉碎60min可以使麻黄药材破壁率达到90%以上:细粉和超微粉的TLC鉴别无差别;超微粉碎不会造成麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的损失,平均含量为1.48%;麻黄细粉和超微粉的水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物含量无显著性差异;振动磨粉碎60min的超微粉的累积动态浸提率比细粉略快,但是和细粉无显著性差异。结论:超微粉碎技术应用于麻黄不改变其化学性质,与细粉相比其成分的动态浸提率略快。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of the application of Superfine com-minution technique in the traditional Chinese medicine Ephedra equisetina.Method Taking particle size and Sporoderm-broken Rate as Evaluating Indices,the particle size distribution of fine powder and all levels of superfine powders are measured using the BT-9300H laser particle sizer to screen the crushing process of superfine powder;fine powder and superfine powder are identificated qualitatively by using the method of TLC;to take Ephedra equisetina fine powder as the comparison,the contents of the ephed-rine hydrochloride in fine powder and superfine powder are determined by the HPLC;the extracts of fine powder and superfine powder are studied;the effect of extraction of ephedrine hydrochloride is compared by the method of dynamic extraction;and study the contents of extract. Result 90%Sporoderm-broken Rate can be obtained by vibration mill working 60min;there is no difference between them by TLC;the content of the ephedrine hydrochloride can’t be decreased by using Superfine comminution technique,and is 1.48%in aver-age;the extract contents of them are also no difference;the accumulated dynamic extraction rate of superfine powder grind by vibration mill using 60min,but there is no difference between them.Conclusion From the point of physical and chemical properties,instead of the Grinding method,there is no difference between fine powder and superfine powder.
