【摘要】 目的观察和探讨综合护理技术治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的近期和远期疗效。方法120例RA患者随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。2组均按常规抗风湿治疗,试验组局部采用综合护理技术(TDP灯照射+中医护理技术+加味双柏散外敷)治疗,对照组采用TDP灯照射+加味双柏散外敷,2组对照进行疗效观察。结果试验组临床治愈率及有效率明显高于对照组,平均病程明显低于对照组,试验组远期复发率低(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理技术能显著提高RA患者的近期和远期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The observation and discussion of synthesis nurse technology about the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patient’s recent and the forward curative effect.Method 120 cases of RA are stochastically divided into the experimental group and comparison group,each of which is 60 cases.Two groups are conventionally treated against rheumatoid factor(RF),the synthesis nurse technology,including TOP lamp lighting and nurse technology of TCM with JIA WEI SHUANG BO SAN external applies,are used to the experimental group.The comparison group is treated by TOP lamp lighting and JIA WEI SHUANG BO SAN external applies on the contrary.Then,the curative effect observation is carried on the two groups.Results The clinical curing rate and total effectiveness of experimental group are obviously higher than the comparison group(p<0.05),the course of disease of the experimental group is obviously lower than the comparison group (p<0.05),and the forward recurring rate of Experimental group is also lower(p<0.05).Conclusion the technology of synthesis nurse is able to remarkably enhance RA patient’s recent and the forward curative effect.更多还原
