【摘要】 目的保证护理安全,提高服务质量,使病人有一个安全的就医环境。方法对原有工作流程的薄弱环节和隐患实施流程再造,对不完善的工作流程实施重建。通过整合、重组、删减及人员的合理搭配,保证质量与安全。结果2005年～2006年护理差错发生与前几年比较差错数明显下降,P值<0.05,差异有显著性,护理缺陷发生原因局限在护理评估方面。结论以护理流程再造为主,加强细节管理为辅,是确保护理质量持续发展的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 The goal guaranteed nurses the security,improves the grade ofservice,enable the patient safely to have to go see a doctor theenvironment.The method makes again to the original work flow weaklink and the hidden danger implementation flow,to imperfect work flowimplementation reconstruction.Through the conformity, thereorganization,revises and the personnel reasonably matches,guarantee quality and security.The result nurses the mistake from2005 to 2006 to occur obviously drops with most recent several yearscomparison mistake number, the P value<0.05,the difference was significant,the mistake occurrence reason limitation is nursing theappraisal aspect.The conclusion nurses the flow to make againprimarily,strengthens the detail management for auxiliary, isguarantees nurses the key which the quality continues to develop.更多还原
