【摘要】 目的探讨一种既保障病人安全、维持病房良好秩序、省时省力,又维护病人尊严、提高病人满意度的术后病人搬运方法。方法将国产华信牌DJ402/420型铲式担架进行技术改良。采用随即数字表按手术时间的先后顺序将我院骨科、妇科、普外科在全麻及硬膜外麻醉手术后病人共90例分为观察组和对照组,各组45例。观察组病人采用改良铲式担架进行搬运,对照组采用徒手搬运法进行搬运。采用自制问卷调查的方式对两种搬运方法中,医护人员的参与人数、医护人员的满意度、专职搬运人员的满意度、家属及病人的满意度、安全性等方面进行比较。结果两种搬运方法过程中,两组病人一般情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);搬运人数比较,P<0.01,有统计学意义;家属参与搬运过程比较,P<0.01,有统计学意义;问卷积分比较,从问卷(一)、(三)的积分来分析,均为P<0.01,有统计学意义;医务人员对搬运方法的信任度比较(表3),P<0.01,有统计学意义;专职搬运工人对搬运方法便捷的比较,为P<0.01,有统计学意义;维持病房良好秩序的比较,P<0.01,有统计学意义;对生命体征的影响比较(临床观察表),P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论改良铲式担架在保证手术后病人生命体征平稳的前提下,比传统徒手搬运方法更能节省人力、快捷、尊重病人,在搬运种更能体现以人为本的服务理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To look for one better method to transport the postop patients which is safe and comfortable,saving time and labor,protecting the patients’ honor,and maintaining the good order of hospital. Method:First,DJ402/420 stretcher made in china were improved in technology.Second,the compatible patients were choosed.They all must suffer the general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia in the orthopedics department, or gynecology department,or common surgery department.Third,all 90 patients were divided into two groups through the table of random digit,the patients in one group were tranported by the improved stretcher,and the others in another group(control group) were tranported by hand.Last,some questions were investigatived With a self-designed questionnaire.Result:In the processes of the two transported methods,the general situation and the influence of the vital signs between the two groups of patients were all similar(P>0.05);while the next aspects were significant difference(P<0.01),①the number of people to attend the transportion.②the sense of the family member.③the accumulated of the first and third questionnairs.④the confidence of the staff to the transported method.⑤the sense of the full-time porter.⑥maintaining the order of the hospital rooms.Conclusion: The improved stretcher are more convenience,shortcut,saving the labors than the tranditional unarmed tranportment while the vital signs of all patients are steady.更多还原
