【摘要】 目的对中药石膏进行定性分析,并对不同产地的石膏进行相似性考察。方法应用X射线衍射法对石膏分析研究,建立石膏X衍射指纹图谱;并以X射线衍射法对中药石膏与类似含钙矿物药(寒水石、玄精石、紫石英)、化学试剂硫酸钙及非纤维状石膏加以区别。结果石膏X衍射图谱具有很好的专属性,与其它含钙矿物药、化学试剂硫酸钙、非纤维状石膏区别明显。纤维状生石膏指纹图谱相似度均达到95%以上。结论X衍射分析方法专属性强,准确可靠,可作为石膏等矿物药的研究手段。石膏的X衍射指纹图谱可全面地、客观地反映出石膏的内在质量特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To investigate the Gypsum by qualitative analysis and make analysis of comparability about Gypsum from different producing area.Methods The X-ray diffraction analysis was used for the investigation of Gypsum,and the comparability was calculated by the methods of correlation coefficients and angle cosine.Results The print has a good specificity and is different from the other mineral medicines.The comparability of Gypsum has come to 95%above.Conclusion The X-ray diffraction has advantage of specificity,accuracy and reliability,it could be used for the investigation of mineral medicines as Gypsum.更多还原
