【摘要】 目的建立党参中多炔类化合物紫外含量测定方法。方法以党参炔苷为对照,采用紫外分光光度法对党参中多炔类化合物进行测定,应用三点矫正法消除背景干扰,计算党参中多炔类化合物含量。结果以党参炔苷为对照品,在5.28μg/ml-26.4μg/ml范围内成良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=18.134x+0.0031(r=0.9996);平均回收率101.49%,RSD为1.2%.结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好、应用面广,可正确测定党参中多炔类化合物含量;以三点矫正法计算党参中多炔类化合物含量科学合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up a quantitative determination method of UV for polyacetylenes compounds.Methods lobetyolin as the constract,Use UV-spectrophotometric-methods,3-drops rectified methods to reduce the disturb and calculate quantitative. Results lobetyolin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 5.28μg/ml-26.4μg/ml.The average recovery was 101.49%RSD=1.2%.Conclusion The method is simple,nicety with good reproducibility and can be used as the quanlity control of Radis Codonopsis.3-drops rectified methods calculating quantitative of polyacetylenes compounds in Radix Codonopsis is scientific and reasonable.更多还原
