十字花科植物中硫代葡萄糖苷的研究

【摘要】 硫代葡萄糖苷是一种含硫的阴离子亲水性植物次生代谢产物,广泛分布于十字花科植物中,主要存在于植物的种子中。本文主要对硫代葡萄糖苷的分布,结构,降解产物,和药理作用等方面进行了概述。

【Abstract】 Glucosinolates are anionic,hydrophilic and sulfur-containing secondary metabolites which are found in cruciferous plants,mainly found in the seeds of plants.This paper introduces the diversity,structure distribution,products of glucosinolates, and the pharmacologic functions and so on.
