【摘要】 本文从中药洋金花中提取、分离并鉴定了15个化合物。其中,除9种已知黄酮类化合物外,其余6个醉茄内酯类化合物为新化合物,分别命名为5α,6β,15α,21-四羟基-(20R,22R)-1-酮-醉茄-24-烯内酯,5α,6β,12β,21-四羟基-27-O-甲基-(20R,22R)-1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯,5α,6β,27-三羟基-(20R,22R)-1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯-27-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷,5α,6β,12β,27-四羟基-(20R,22R)-1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯-27-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷,5α,6β,12β,21-四羟基-(20R,22R)-1-酮-醉茄-2,24-二烯内酯,5α,6β,12β三羟基-27-O-甲基-21,24-环氧-(20S,22R,25S)1-酮-醉茄-2-烯内酯。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the course of our studies on chemical constituents in effective parts of treating psoriasis,9 compounds were isolated.The structures of the 3 new compounds were identified as 5α,6β,15β,21-tetrahydroxy-1-(20R,22R)-oxo-witha-24-enolide,5α,6β,12β,21-tetrahydroxy-27-0-methyl-(20R,22R)-1-oxo-witha-2,24-dienolide,5α,6β,27-trihydroxy-(20R,22R)-1-oxo-witha-2,24-dienolide-27-O-β-D-glucopy-ranoside,5α,6β,12β,27-tetrahydroxy-(20R,22R)-1-oxo-witha-2,24-dienolide-27-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5α,6β,12β,21-tetrahyd-roxy-(20R,22R)-1-oxo-witha-2,24-dienolide,5α,6β,12β-trihydroxy-27-methoxy-21,24-epoxy-(20S,22R,25S)-1-oxowitha-2-enolide.更多还原
