【摘要】 以2000—2006年中国29个省际截面数据为样本,采用因子分析赋权的研究方法,评价中国区域生态效率的差异性。进一步以区域生态效率评价值为因变量,利用线性回归模型,分析环保资金投入,环境政策及产业结构对生态效率的影响。研究结论表明:(1)中国区域生态效率差异较为明显,总体呈"东高西低"的格局;(2)环保资金投入与产业结构调整均对生态效率改善有积极影响;(3)以排污费为代表的环境经济政策对生态效率改善影响并不显著。并依据以上研究发现,提出了相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data drawn from 29 provinces in China during 2000-2006,the model of factor analysis is used to evaluate the difference of regional ecology efficiency.Then,by the means of linear regression model,using the efficiency scores as dependent variable,other influential factors including environmental investment,environ- mental policy and industry structure as independent variables,the results of regression indicate:(1) The difference of regional ecology efficiency is visible,furthermore,the efficiency scores of the east are more higher then the west;(2) The environmental investment and industrial structure play a positive role to ecology efficiency;(3) The influence of fees levied on wastes on ecology efficiency is invisible.According to the result of empirical analysis,some proposals are put forward.更多还原
