【摘要】 概述了我国地震保险研究的现状;提出了在考虑地震环境的基础上计算地震财产保险费率的方法,并分析了地震保险费率的各项影响因素,提出了地震保险费率影响因素的修正系数值;探讨了保险费与赔偿金额的计算问题;最后采用本文方法对1栋钢筋混凝土住宅结构进行了算例分析,结果表明,在计算地震保险净费率及赔偿金额时,考虑不同地区地震危险性的差异、合理设定免赔额均是十分必要的,为我国地震保险费率的厘定和赔付等问题提供了参考和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present state of earthquake insurance research in China is simply introduced.The method of determinding earthquake insurance premium rate based on seismic hazard characteristic zone is put forward.Influence factors of earthquake insurance premium rate are analyzed,and the modified coefficients of earthquake insurance premium rate for different influence factors are determined.Computation method of insurance expense and compensation money are discussed.At last,the earthquake insurance premium rate and compensation money of a reinforce concrete building are calculated,and the result of calculation shows that considering seismic hazard characteristic of different zones and determining reasonable deductible franchise are very necessary during computing earthquake insurance premium rate and compensation money of a building,更多还原
