【摘要】 随着我国国民经济的高速发展,对包装纸的要求也越来越高,同时由于废纸的大量使用,使纸张强度指标不断下降,另外,由于我国对环保重视程度的增加,因而对PAM干强剂的使用显得更加迫切。RB-230干强剂是杭化播磨利用日本技术生产的PAM类干强剂,经几家大型牛皮箱板纸的使用经验表明,RB-230可净化浆料体系;提高浆料的留着率(OPR);降低废水的COD含量;有效提高纸张的强度指标;降低蒸汽消耗;提高纸机车速;使纸张强度要求较高的U卡也能达标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high speed development of our country economy,the demand to packing paper becomes high.At the same time,the paper strength becomes low because of the use of a great deal of waste paper.On the other hand,with the recognition to environment,the use of the PAM strength increasing agent becomes very important.RB-230 dry strengdi agent is the PAM dry strengdi agent that HANGHUA-HARIMA company prduces utilizing the japanese technology.Througth the use of several large scale kraft paperboard mill,it shows that RB-230 can clean stock system;increase stock retention ;reduce the COD content of waste water;increase the paerboard strengdi;reduce the cost of steam;enhance the papermachine speed;satisfy to demand of high strength paerboard such as U card.更多还原
