【摘要】 目的:探讨吸入吉舒(布地奈德)气雾剂配合银杏叶制剂(金纳康)治疗对中度哮喘患者的临床症状、肺功能和心理改变的影响。方法:通过给38例中度慢性哮喘患者吸入吉舒气雾剂和配合口服银杏叶制剂,连续治疗8周,在观察治疗前后临床症状、肺功能的同时,采用90项心理症状自评量表(SLC-90)调查治疗前后哮喘患者心理障碍的变化,同时与口服沙丁胺醇组进行了对照。结果:与治疗前和对照组相比,吉舒配合银杏叶制剂治疗后的症状记分、肺通气功能和SCL-90中与哮喘相关的心理障碍均有明显改善。结论吸入吉舒配合银杏叶制剂可以显著改善哮喘患者临床症状、肺功能和心理障碍,提高慢性哮喘患者的生命质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Budesonide and JINNAKANG therapy on clinical symptoms,lung function and psychics in patients with moderately chronic asthma.Method:38 patients with moderately chronic asthma were treated by inhalation Budesonide with JINNAKANG for 8 weeks.the scores of symptoms,lung function and SCL-90 were investigated respectively before and after the administration,while 38 controls were treated by salbutamol.Results:Compared with before treated and control group,inhalation Budesonide and JINNAKANG significant improve the scores of symptoms,lung ventilation function and psychopathy with asthma of SCL-90.Conclusion:Inhalation Budesonide and JINNAKANG can improve quality of life by modification clinical symptoms,lung function and psychics abnormality for the oatients with chronic asthma.更多还原
