【摘要】 目的:评价标准化尘螨变应原注射液治疗轻～中度过敏性哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法:采用病例自身对照方法,比较39例对屋尘螨和（或）粉尘螨敏感的稳定期轻～中度过敏性哮喘患者在接受1年的皮下注射阿罗格（?）（NHD）标准化尘螨变应原注射液作脱敏治疗前后症状、体征评分。结果:39例患者完成了免疫治疗,经标准化尘螨变应原注射液免疫治疗后,39例患者的症状和体征积分较治疗前均明显减少,差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）,第一秒用力呼气量（FEV₁）和最大呼气流量（PEF）比治疗前增加（p<0.05）,在总共1296次注射中出现185例次局部不良反应,14例次轻微全身不良反应,未出现致命性全身不良反应。结论:标准化变应原免疫治疗是治疗尘螨引起过敏性哮喘的一种有效、安全的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the standardized dust mites vaccine for the treatment of allergic asthma.Methods 39 patients with allergic asthma caused by flour mites and/or house-dust mites（HDM）were injected subcutaneously with Novo-Helisen Depot（NHD）and were selected in this self-contrast study.Clinical efficacy was evaluated by symptom and sign score after one years of specific irnmunotherapy and compared with pre-treatment scores.Results 39 patients completed the study.After the immunotherapy of dust mite standardized allergen vaccine,a clinically significant reduction in symptom and sign score in these patients comparing with that of pre-treatment was founded,and the difference was significant（p<0.05）,forced expiratory volume （FEV₁）and peak expiratory flow（PEF）were higher than pre-treatment（p<0.05）.185 local adverse reactions and 14 systemic reactions had occurred in total 1296 injections,and no fatal systemic reaction occurred.Conclusion Standardized allergen specific immunotherapy is an effective treatment in patients suffering from allergic asthma due to house-dust mites.更多还原
