【摘要】 植物多样性是生物多样性的基石,全球植物园是植物多样性保护的主要力量和科研阵地。本文概述了世界上植物园的发展历史、发展阶段以及主要国家的植物园和中国科学院所属12个植物园的现状。阐明了在全球气候变化下,世界上植物园开展植物多样性保护的重要意义以及如何保护植物多样性,提出了植物园应积极履行《生物多样性公约》、《全球植物保护战略》和《大加那列岛宣言Ⅱ》的建议,以及在全球变化下植物园在植物多样性保护方面应采取的科学策略。本文还强调了植物园在植物多样性保护中应坚持植物保护与合理开发利用并重的原则,以及加强对植物科学知识的传播和公众教育的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plant diversity is the foundation of biological diversity.Globally,bo- tanic gardens are important scientific institutions and play a key role in plant diversity conservation.In this paper,the history and developmental stages of botanic gardens a- round the world are reviewed.Some overseas botanic gardens and 12 botanic gardens affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Sciences,for which there is information on their foundation,total area,special collections and the main species conserved,are intro- duced.With the threat of global climate change,the importance and methods of plant diversity conservation by botanic gardens are reviewed.Botanic gardens should imple- ment the proposals put forward by the Convention on Biological Diversity,the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation,and the Gran Canaria DeclarationⅡon Climate Change and Plant Conservation.Importantly,scientific strategies have been put for- ward for plant diversity conservation in botanic gardens under global climate change. Moreover,it is thought that plant diversity conservation is as important as sustainable development and utilization.Finally,the significance of dissemination of scientific knowledge and public education on plant diversity conservation needs to be further em- phasized.更多还原
