50kA-10T CICC超导导体测试装置低温系统设计

【摘要】 中国科学院等离子体物理研究所正在建设一套50kA-10T超导导体低温性能测试装置。其低温系统主要由500W/4.5K氦制冷机、50kA超导变压器低温杜瓦、10T背景场磁体低温杜瓦以及低温液体真空传输管道四部分组成。500W/4.5K氦制冷机同时提供4.2K液氦和4.2K/3.5bar超临界氦,其中4.2K液氦用来浸泡冷却背景场超导磁体和超导变压器初级线圈;4.2K/3.5bar超临界氦用来迫流冷却超导变压器次级CICC线圈及测试样品CICC导体,另外背景场磁体低温杜瓦本身设计有一套超流氦制冷系统,可以减压过冷制取1.8K超流氦。整个低温系统共涉及到4.2K液氦、4.2K/3.5bar超临界氦、1.8K超流氦的综合利用。

【Abstract】 A 50kA-10T low-temperature testing facility for CICC superconducting conductor is being built in Institute of Plasma Physics (IPP). The cryogenic system was consisted of a 500W/4.5K helium refrigerator, a 50kA superconducting transformer dewar , a 10T background field magnet dewar and low-temperature transmission pipelines. The 500W/4.5K helium refrigerator produced 4.2 K liquid helium to immerse the background field magnet and the primary coil of the superconducting transformer, and the forced flow supercritical helium of 4.2K/3.5bar to cool its secondary coil and the testing sample coil. In addition, the dewar of background field magnet had a HeⅡ refrigeration system which could obtain 1.8K superfluid helium by decompress. The comprehensive utilization of 4.2K liquid helium, 4.2K/3.5bar supercritical helium and 1.8K superfluid helium was achieved by this cryogenic system.
