冷藏汽车内部流场的数值模拟及试验研究

【摘要】 借助于计算流体力学的方法并以FLUENT软件为数值计算平台,采用K-ε紊流模型对冷藏汽车车厢内部的三维稳态空气流场进行了模拟计算,通与实验测量结果比较,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明,最低温度点出现在车箱入口处,最高温度点出现在后上部,热流在垂直方向的扩散较之水平方向明显的多,在车箱的壁面处温度梯度变化比较明显。

【Abstract】 With the aid of computational Fluid Dynamics technique,the K-ε turbulence model is adopted to simulate the three-dimensional static airflow and temperature distribution inside the refrigerated truck on the platform of FLUNET, and the reliability of the simulation was certificated with the experiments. The result shows that the temperature the temperature of compartment entrance is lowest and while behind the body is the highest. Besides, it also shows that proliferation of the heat flow in vertical direction is obvious quicker than in horizontal direction and the gradient of temperature change is quite obvious near the side of bodywork.
