汽车空调箱优化设计及风道风量均匀性研究

【摘要】 利用UG软件针对某汽车空调箱及风道在吹面、吹脚、除霜三个模式下分别建立了数学模型,用Gambit软件对三个数模进行了网格划分等预处理,然后用Fluent软件对三个模型进行了数值模拟计算。根据计算得到了三个模式下的速度场和压力场分布,通过对速度场和压力场的分析,可以验证HVAC的结构是否合理,空调箱内是否有涡流,绕流等现象,通过结构的调整以得到适当的速度值和降低噪声,并分析风道内部结构对风量分配和送风量的影响,从而提出优化方向。

【Abstract】 The model of air-conditioning cabinet and vent are established in three mode of face, foot and defrost by use of UG. The three models are gridded with software of Gambit, before the three models are numerical simulated by Fluent. Distribution of velocity and pressure of air can be obtained by calculation. According to analysis of velocity field and pressure field we can test whether the structure of HVAC is reasonable, whether there are vortexes or streaming around and so on.We can obtain proper value of velocity and reduce the yawp value by making adjustment of structure. The influence of vent interior structure to air flow distribution and air volume are analyzed, and some optimize directions are put forward.
