焓频法及其在全热回收节能潜力分析中的应用

【摘要】 引入焓频的定义,通过焓频法统计室外空气全热的变化。在分析焓频法研究全热交换器节能潜力的基本要点和技术路线的基础上,采用室外空气临界焓值、净回收能量、全热交换器开启率、热回收节能率等重要参量分析与评估全热回收节能潜力。结合案例分析,分别应用焓频法和干频法分析全热交换器热回收节能潜力,两者计算节能潜力结果的最大偏差近15%,从计算过程、参数分布和计算结果三方面对比得到,焓频法在计算过程简便性和计算结果准确性方面明显优于干频法。指出焓频法具有较好的应用前景和理论价值。

【Abstract】 The definition and the statistical method of Enthalpy Frequency are proposed, so are the applicable research areas of Enthalpy Frequency Method. The basic elements and technical line on analyzing the energy-saving potential of total heat recovery are pointed out. Important parameters are defined, such as the critical enthalpy value of outdoor air, the net recovery energy, the operating ratio of heat exchanger, the energy-saving rate of heat recovery. Combined with the project as an example, Enthalpy Frequency Method and Dry Bulb Temperature Frequency Method are adopted to analyze total heat recovery potential of the heat exchanger respectively. The maximum deviation rate of the two calculation results is up to 15%.By contrast the calculation process, parameters distribution and results, Enthalpy Frequency Method has an obvious advantage on the simplicity of process and accuracy of results.With the deepen research on the total heat of outdoor air, the enthalpy-frequency method has good application prospects and theoretical values.
