纳米流体制备的研究进展

【摘要】 纳米流体在强化传热、传质上所表现出的优异性能,使纳米流体的制备成为了众多学者研究的热点课题。本文综述了纳米流体制备上的一些研究成果,总结了目前主要的一些纳米流体制备方法、分析了制备纳米流体过程中一些影响因素。认为,超声分散并辅之以分散剂的混合制备法是实验研究中较为实用可行的方法;PH值、分散剂类型及用量是影响纳米流体分散稳定性的主要因素。对以后纳米流体制备方法的发展方向及超声分散法所要综合考虑的因素提出了自己的看法。
【Abstract】 The preparation of nanofluids is researched by many scholars for its excellent performance in the heat and mass transfer. This paper reviewed some results on the preparation of nanofluids, summed up some methods of preparation at present, and analyzed some influencing factors in the course of preparation. The preparation method of the ultrasonic dispersion and dispersant to be supplemented is the more practical and workable solution in experimental study; PH value, the type and amount of dispersant are the main factors which impact the stability of decentralization. The own views on the direction of the preparation of nanofluids and the factors to be considered in ultrasonic dispersion is proposed in the paper.
