工艺条件变化对离心空压机运行性能影响的评估系统开发与应用研究

【摘要】 本文针对某石化企业离心空气压缩机,开发了基于WINDOWS环境的热力性能评估分析系统。介绍了该系统先进设计思想、系统结构、功能和特点。特别针对图形与数据支持部重点分绍了利用VC.net语言实现特性线场与流程图的显示功能、针对空压机特点分析了凝结水量计算等重要数学模型特点以及在特性线场进行变工况性能计算评估方法。该评估系统直观、准确地评估空压机当前、历史运行状态及性能,为机组的安全、经济运行以及视情维修提供科学依据,投入使用后,受到用户认可与好评。

【Abstract】 A thermal dynamic performance evaluation system for the centrifugal air compressor of a petrochemical enterprises runs on WINDOWS was developed.The advanced design idea,structure,functions,and the characteristic of the system was introduced in this paper.Moreover,the function of display for characteristic-line field and the flowchart realized by using VC.net language was particularly described.Aimed at the Characteristics of the compressor,significant mathematic model such as water quantity of wet air was considered and analyzed.The system can straightly and exactly evaluate the characteristics line and the performance of the compressor presently or historically,which insures the security and the reliability of the sets and provides scientific evidences for maintaining the sets.The system has been put into trial operation,which has been recognized by clients.
