气体动压轴承-转子系统的非线性动力特性分析
NON-LINEAR DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF A ROTOR SYSTEM SUPPORTED BY SELF-ACTING GAS JOURNAL BEARINGS

【摘要】 由于气体的可压缩性,气体轴承—转子系统存在很强的非线性。本文采用有限差分法来求解可压缩流体的雷诺方程,得到任意时刻的气膜力;然后建立气体轴承—转子系统的力学模型,并利用Runge-Kutta法进行耦合求解。利用非线性动力学理论,研究了普通圆柱径向动压气体轴承支承下的转子系统的分岔特性。研究结果表明,转速和不平衡量对转子非线性特性有较大的影响,系统响应中存在多种周期和非周期响应。
【Abstract】 The rotor system Supported by self-acting gas journal bearings has a strong nonlinearity because of its condensability.The finite difference method is employed to solve the Reynolds equation, thus obtaining the gas film force.A dynamic model of self-acting gas journal bearings and rotor system was established;meanwhile the Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the equation coupling.Using the nonlinear dynamics theory,the bifurcation of a rotor system Supported by self-acting gas journal bearings was studied.The results show that rotor speeds and the amount of unbalance have great influences for the non-linear characteristics of the system,and then periodic and non-periodic responses exist in the system.
