伴生铜铅锌多金属难选铁尾矿氯化-还原焙烧新工艺试验研究

【摘要】 江西某铁尾矿主要为褐铁矿,而且还含有价值很高的有色金属铅、锌、铜、钴。该矿含泥含水大且可选性差,采用离析-磁化焙烧一步法新工艺,即氯化还原焙烧-磁选新工艺进行了试验研究。重点介绍了采用煤作还原剂,氯化钙为氯化挥发剂。确定了最佳工艺条件,焙烧温度,焙烧时间,药剂种类与用量等。试验表明,还原剂煤的用量以16%,焙烧时间为2h,焙烧温度为1000℃,氯化剂用量为3%时,铜铅锌具有较高挥发率,铁精矿具有较高的品位和回收率。氯化还原焙烧-磁选新工艺不仅可以综合回收铁和伴生铜铅锌,获得较高的铁铜铅锌回收率,而且具有较好的经济效益,容易实现。
【Abstract】 The iron tailings of Jiangxi is mainly limonite,and it involves nonferrous metal such as Pb、Zn、Cu、Co which has great value.Because of this ore includes much mud and water which leads to its difficult beneficiation,this article adopts chlorination and reduction roasting-magnetic separation to accomplish the experimental research.This article focuses on introduce the coal as the reducing agent,calcium chloride as chloridize propellant.Fix the best technical condition, roasting temperature,roasting time,medicine species and dosage and so on.The experiment indicates that the dosage of reducing agent coal is 16%at best,roasting time is 2h,roasting temperature is 1000℃,and the dosage of chlorinating agent is 3%at best.It could not only achieve the better economical benefit which take coal and calcium chloride as reducing agent and chlorinating agent,but also easy to achieve.
