抢建抢修用轻质复合材料道面垫板研究
Research on Light-weight Composite Matting for Rapid Parking Ramp Expansion

【摘要】 选用Balsa轻木、四轴向玻璃纤维布以及乙烯基酯树脂,采用先进的真空导入成型工艺制备出轻质高强的复合材料夹层结构道面垫板,其重量约为15kg/m~2。可用于紧急情况下快速建设临时道路或用于快速修补遭破坏的道路,适用于救灾抢险、军事应急等。野外现场车载试验表明了本复合材料道面垫板可适用于淤泥等各种恶劣场地土条件;本文同时建立了道面垫板在复杂车载环境下的精细化有限元模型,有限元解与实测值具有较好的可比性。
【Abstract】 Selecting Balsa wood,four-axis E-glass non-woven fabric and vinyl resin,a type of light-weight high-performance sandwich composite matting is fabricated by the advanced vacuum infusion molding process(VIMP),the weight of which is about 15kg/m~2.The matting can be used to construct or repair the road in a short time in emergencies such as wrecking,emergency and military affairs.The field vehicle load test showed that the composite matting can be used in austere environments such as silt soil.The fine finite element model of composite matting under complex vehicle load cases was established.The finite element solution show good comparability with the tested results.
