某大桥桥墩病害分析及加固设计

【摘要】 介绍了某大桥桥墩的病害情况,针对病害采用大型Midas/civil分析程序模拟分析桥墩在使用荷载以及基础不均匀沉降情况下的应力分布情况,并与现场检测结果进行对比,计算结果表明桥墩墩柱裂缝是由桥墩基础的不均匀沉降所引起的。另外,针对墩柱病害和该桥的实际状况,采用了高压旋喷钢管桩的加固方法,该方法具有施工方便、工艺简单、不需要大型施工设备等优点,可以有效地增加桩基承载力,减少地基的沉降。该桥的病害分析和加固措施可为类似桥梁病害的处治提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the structural deterioration occurred in a bridge,and the stress distribution on the piers caused by design loads and nonuniform settlement of foundation are analyzed with FEM program of Midas /civil.Compared to the bridge testing on site,the results of FEM analysis for the nonuniform settlement of foundation are consistent with cracks distribution on the piers.In addition,according to the conditions of the bridge,high pressure jet grouting steel cube piles is put forward as reinforcement method.The method has merits of convenience, simpleness and without large devices,and can be used to reduce settlement effectively.The results of deterioration analysis and bridge reinforcement method can provide reference to treat the similar deterioration of bridges.
