【摘要】 本文介绍了用新型磁性材料钴基非晶合金制作的一个75×75×75 cm~3的小型立方磁屏蔽室的设计原理、技术指标,并有实际测量结果.该屏蔽室采用了新型高μ材料,厚度仅为0.08 mm,总用量仅为2 kg左右,并且在经受弯折、挤压下,屏蔽效果仍然很好,特别是在退磁后屏蔽系数能大大增加.本文为国内用非晶态软磁合金制作较大型屏蔽室的首次报导.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with a 75×75×75cm~3 small magnetic shielded box,it is made of amorphous alloys. The design principle,technical characteristics and some experimental results were included.Because we adopted the highμamorphous alloys as shielding material,its thickness is just 0.08 mm,so that the total wight of the alloy used is only 2 kg. This facility has good shielding ability under bending and pressing.Coefficient increases largely after demagnetism.更多还原
