【摘要】 采用不同浓度的乙醇和水对金养麦根中的有效成分进行提取。利用试管稀释法检测了不同提取物对7种临床常见致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC值)。结果表明,醇提物对各受试菌的抑菌活性高于水提物,而醇提物中,又以60%的乙醇提取物的体外抗菌活性最强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Active ingredients were extracted from the rhizoma of Fagopyrum Dibotrys Meisn with different concentration ethanol and purified wate.In this article,7 animal pathogenic bacteria were used to test the anti-bacteria of the different extracts of rhizoma of Fagopyrum Dibotrys Meisn.were adopted to study antimicrobial activity in vitro of the extracts of rhizoma of F. dibotrys,we detected the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) by tube dilution method.The results shows that antimicrobial activity of the ethanol extracts was better than that of the water extracts.更多还原
