盐酸黄连素纳米微乳的体外抗菌活性比较
The Antibacterial Activity Comparison of Berberine Hydrochloric Nanometer Microemulsion in Vitro

【摘要】 比较盐酸黄连素纳米微乳与其传统制剂在大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌的体外抗菌活性。选择适宜的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,以离心稳定性和乳滴粒径为评价标准,制备出盐酸黄连素纳米微乳。再用盐酸黄连素的片剂,胶囊,水溶液、空白纳米微乳,盐酸黄连素纳米微乳对用血琼脂培养基的上述四种细菌,饱和湿度培养,24 h后,测量药物对细菌的抑菌圈直径,其直径用SSPP 11.0软件进行统计分析。结果表明盐酸黄连素的片剂,胶囊,水溶液,空白纳米微乳,盐酸黄连素纳米微乳对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌的抑菌圈直径(cm)(±SD)分别为:1.2±0.2,1.2±0.3,1.2±0.4,3.2±0.3,4.6±0.2;1.2±0.1,1.2±0.1,1.2±0.3,3.6±0.2,4.4±0.1;1.2±0.5,1.2±0.6,1.2±0.7,3.2±0.4,4.8±0.3;1.2±0.3,1.2±0.4,1.2±0.1,3.2±0.4,4.6±0.3。虽然片剂、胶囊、水溶液对上述四种细菌也具有较强的抑制作用,它们之间无显著差异。但是盐酸黄连素纳米微乳组比传统的片剂、胶囊、水溶液对上述四种细菌均有更强的抑制作用,与传统制剂之间的差异极显著。
【Abstract】 To compare the antibacterial activity of berberine microemulsion with traditional dosage-forms on S.aureas,E.coli,S.agalactae,Sam onellal.The optimize oil phase,Surface active agent(SF),CoSF were choosed.Centrifuge tests and the average diameters of droplet were used as evaluation normal of the nanometer mi- croemuslion.The berberine hydrochloric nanometer micromulsion was prepared.The berberine hydrochloric tab- let,capsule,watery solution,blank and its nanometer microemulsion were acted on above fours genus bacterium which growth on the blood agar-agar culture medium.Saturated humidity culture,24 hours,the antibacterial diameters were measured.Those diameters were statistics analyzed with SSPP11.0 Software.The antibacterial diameters of berberine hydrochloric tablet,capsule,watery solution,blank and its nanometer microemulsion to S.aureas,E.coli,S.agalactae,Salmonellal:1.2±0.2,1.2±0.3,1.2±0.4,3.2±0.3,4.6±0.2;1.2±0.1, 1.2±0.1,1.2±0.3,3.6±0.2,4.4±0.1;1.2±0.5,1.2±0.6,1.2±0.7,3.2±0.4,4.8±0.3;1.2±0.3, 1.2±0.4,1.2±0.1,3.2±0.4,4.6±0.3.The berberine hydrochloric tablet,capsule,watery solution still have strong antibacterial activity,and those dosage-forms had no obvious difference,but berberine hydrochloric nanometer microemulsion had stronger antibacterial activity and extremely remarkable difference than others.
