【Abstract】 The gene chip technology has been successfully applied to almost every aspect of biological research,such as gene expression analysis,mutation detection,polymorphism analysis,gene sequencing and drug screening,etc.As a high throughput technique for gene analysis,gene chip technology has a tremendous potential in microbe detection and identification.In this paper,current application of gene chip technology in microbe detection and identification is reviewed.更多还原
